LSI Zurich occupies a perfect location just a few minutes’ walk from both Lake Zurich and the picturesque historic centre.
The school offers an ideal base for exploring the whole region. The newly refurbished school is staffed by friendly and approachable staff and highly experienced teachers and features a full array of excellent student facilities.

Course materials are calculated for two weeks. After that, additional 14 CHF per week will be charged.

If you want to combine your language studies with other activities, this course is the ideal program for you. During the lessons you will learn communication skills in a variety of everyday situations. The lessons cover grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and skills practice in speaking, listening, reading and writing. We use a wide variety of materials and exercises including role-plays, authentic recorded material, newspapers and magazines.
Beginner to Advanced

Start dates for Beginner level for General 20: First Monday of every month
The Intensive 30 course concentrates on all the areas that you need to achieve a much greater fluency in a short period of time. This course is suitable for students who wish to study intensively and get a well-rounded insight into the language and country. Apart from morning classes, the afternoon classes further intensify the tuition and consolidate what you have learnt, through fluency practice and a comprehensive review of the culture and customs of your host country.
Elementary to Advanced
The school must confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation.
If the selected housing is not available for your dates, the school will offer another accommodation option for you to consider.
I don't need housing
LSI Zurich works mostly with host families in the canton of Zurich. All the families are perfectly reachable by public transport which in most cases means train/bus or both.
Switzerland is known for good quality so all of the families live in a nice flat or a well-decorated house in a safe and beautiful area close to nature and some even have a great view over the lake of Zurich.
All of the hosts are Swiss nationals with a variety of cultural backgrounds. The majority of hosts are between 50-60 years old still working, some retired with adult children visiting often.
