School Studio Cambridge offers to all students high-quality courses and at least 5 afternoon activities, and 1 evening activity, each week, completely free of charge.
Studio Cambridge School was established in 1954, and is the oldest English Language school in Cambridge.
The main school is located in just 15 minutes’ walk from Cambridge’s historic centre. Cambridge is small enough to get around easily on foot or by bicycle, but big enough to have all the shops, restaurants, cinemas, theatres, clubs, museums, galleries and sporting facilities that you may need. London is just 50 minutes away by train.

Studio Cambridge's general English course - English For Life 20 - is a structured course that focuses on the use of English in normal everyday situations. It is ideal for students who prefer to have their afternoons free.
The content of the course differs according to the level of each class. However, all courses include the study of grammar, speaking and pronunciation, writing skills, and listening and reading comprehension.
The 3/4-week IELTS-28 course is ideal preparation for the IELTS exam, and it has proven to be very effective, Each course lasts for 4 weeks and consists of 28 classroom lessons (21 hours) per week. All lessons of this course concentrate exclusively on preparation for the examination. For this reason, it is recommended only for those students planning on taking the IELTS.
This course is designed for people who require an IELTS score of at least 5.5. The average IELTS requirements range from 5.5 to 6.5 or more. However the course is also suitable for students aiming to score 7.0 or higher.
These fees do not include the cost of the exam (optional). This is estimated at £185.
3-week course start dates: 10.08.
4-week course start dates: 09.03, 11.05, 13.07, 31.08, 28.09, 26.10, 23.11.
This course combines morning lessons with additional 8 afternoon lessons (6 hours) per week devoted to the different topics: Cultural Studies, English for Work, and English for Academic Exams.
The school must confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation.
If the selected housing is not available for your dates, the school will offer another accommodation option for you to consider.

When studying on an English language course, Homestay is Studio's most popular accommodation option. Living with a Cambridge host is the best way to experience British life at first hand and provides you with a friendly and secure English-speaking environment.

Bragg House and Railyard are large and modern student residences next door to each other, just 5 minutes' walk from school and 15 minutes' walk to the centre of Cambridge.
They are located in a student residential area called "CB1". The CB1 development has a range of other new buildings including shops, restaurants, bars and apartments, offering a young lifestyle. CB1 is in central Cambridge, close to the railway station and 5 minutes' walk to the Cambridge Leisure Park with cinema, bowling, gym, bars and restaurants.
Both residences provide single rooms, all with private bathrooms and toilets.
All students staying in CB1 residences must pay a refundable security deposit of £20 GBP on arrival at the residence.
Students under 18 MUST book the full board option. The full board option is available only for students under 18.

First of all I’d like to say thank you to the whole Linguatrip team. I got it on the first try and didn’t even have to worry about anything. The residence was clean and tidy.
