The teachers are all cool! Over 4 weeks, certain learning outcomes will be achieved. True, once had to change the teacher (one on one). Payment is due when booking. You can cancel free of charge within 3 days.
The rest of the course price, minus the deposit, is due no later than 28 days before the course starts.
