The Emerald Cultural Institute has been welcoming students to Dublin since 1986 and continues to offer quality language courses to students of many different nationalities. Over the years the school has built up a reputation for professionalism and academic excellence. We have a staff of highly qualified and experienced teachers, and General and Professional English courses are held in our two year-round centers – Palmerston Park and Milltown Park. During the summer months we run both adult and junior courses in our various centers in Dublin. The Emerald Cultural Institute has developed a strategic alliance with 3U Partnership to deliver the 3U Pathway University Foundation Programme at its Milltown Park campus in Dublin.

A team of experienced and energetic teachers uses a communicative method of teaching at a reasonable price. Staying with a host family gives students an excellent opportunity to develop their language skills in a natural everyday context. The host-family experience is one of the best ways in which students can learn about the lifestyle and culture of the location where they are studying.

Accommodation for juniors is provided on a full-board basis unless otherwise requested.

Trinity Halls of Residence will be available to Emerald adult students for a period of 3 weeks from 29th July 2018 until 19th August 2018. Students will stay in the Trinity Halls of Residence in Dartry and will attend their lessons on the iconic Trinity College campus in the city centre. This residential option is suitable for short-term, adult students interested in exploring Dublin's historic city centre and the Trinity College University Campus. Students can commute the short distance to the city centre by luas(tram). The Cowper luas station is less than a 5-minute walk from the residence.
