Cork English World is a Cambridge award winning school which will teach you to communicate effectively and confidently in English.
Cork English World is located in the small yet vibrant and dynamic Cork.

Work & Study is a programme that is offered by Cork English World for students who wish to achieve a high level of English to work or study in an English speaking environment.
Students attend classes for 15 or 20 hours per week for 25 weeks.
IELTS, FCE or CAE are an integral part of the programme. Exam fee is not included - €210.
The course consists of:
12 - 13 weeks of General English
10 - 12 weeks of IELTS/FCE/CAE exam preparation
Students holding a valid visa will be permitted to work 40 hours per week only during the months of June, July August & September and from 15 December to 15 January inclusive.
At all other times students will be limited to working 20 hours per week.
The school must confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation.
If the selected housing is not available for your dates, the school will offer another accommodation option for you to consider.

Single room apartment in a shared apartment/house where there is a communal living/dining area and shared bathroom.
Apartments/houses are in several locations throughout the city.
You provide your own food. Bed linen is provided, it is recommended that you bring your own towels.

CEW’s host families are very carefully selected to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Living with a family is a good way to practice your English outside the school and experience Irish life and culture.
Host Family accommodation includes:
• Cork airport/bus station/train station collection;
• Half board (breakfast and evening meal);
• Wi-fi;
• Close proximity to bus stop;
• Full immersion in Irish way of life.
