- 30 lessons per week: Principal Course (26 lessons/week) + Elective Course (4 lessons/week)
- 38 lessons per week: Principal Course (26 lessons/week) + Elective Course (4 lessons/week) + Power English Course (8 lessons/week)
Elective Courses: Speaking, Listening, Grammar, Pronunciation, TOEFL Preparation, IELTS Preparation, Business English.
Power English Courses: Communication, Everyday English, Canadian Culture, Media and Current Events, Power Business, Cambridge Exam Preparation, Power Academic, TOEFL Preparation, IELTS Preparation.
Are you an international student who wants to study at a Canadian University or College? ILAC's award-winning Pre-Degree Program prepares students for Canadian post-secondary and teaches sophisticated fluency and written English skills. Students learn to write university essays of 1000+ words, strategies for teamwork in an academic environment, critical thinking, time management, oral presentations, exam techniques, academic research and IELTS preparation and practice. University placement specialists help students enroll in ILAC’s 62+ partner universities or colleges throughout Canada. All graduates are able to achieve a successful TOEFL score of 80 - 100 iBT.

Students who test at the Pre-Advanced level can begin the program immediately (Pre-Degree 1).
Students who test below Pre-Advanced will begin in the General English program.
Under the guidance of ILAC’s expert teachers, this program will help students gain the skills, confidence and techniques needed to take the IELTS exam and achieve their desired score. The IELTS Exam is recognized by over 9,000 organizations worldwide, including schools, universities, immigration authorities, professional bodies, and employers.
The school must confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation.
If the selected housing is not available for your dates, the school will offer another accommodation option for you to consider.

Living with a homestay family is one of the best ways for students to immerse themselves in a culture and to learn English in a social setting.
