I took a three-week course at Kaplan Empire State Building.
It was $ 200-300 more expensive than in the same school in SoHo.
And it's totally worth it! Spare no expense!
Don't expect to learn a lot in 2 - 3 weeks.
Firstly, the first week, but honestly even two weeks, you are just joining the process
and trying to understand the structure of the training and lessons.
Secondly, there is no magic: you study things that can be read on your own with the only
difference you have the opportunity to ask the native speaker. You will have to spend some time and study on your own at home all the information
you got at school because a lesson is not only a course program but also the
view outside the window, relaxed atmosphere and communication.
Thirdly, the course program is the same for everyone but it is taught in different ways.
My teacher was Andy. I have only positive impressions of him.
2-3 weeks will be good to have a nice time, to communicate and to learn a little
new - feel free to go to the Empire State School.2 months and self-study outside the school is more about learning - then your
option is SoHo school (do not be wasted on the view outside the window).
Whateveroption you choose, always there is a background you don't write about.
Inany case, it's worth it.
