How does the consultation work?
Via Skype or Zoom. If you feel more comfortable without video, you can turn it off and leave only audio communication. In the Light tariff, consultation is limited in time - 40 minutes.
I paid, what next?
After payment you will receive a letter to your email. It will contain the contact of our specialist, instructions for choosing a time and a questionnaire that must be filled out so that we can conduct a productive consultation.
Will one specialist work with me?
Either one person or several specialists can work on your case at the same time. This is convenient because one consultant can select programs and universities, and the other can deal with motivation letters and recommendations.
Do you need to prepare somehow?
You can write 5–10 questions that you want to discuss during the consultation and send them to our specialist. This way he will be able to look in advance and select materials useful for you.
Will I be able to receive my admission plan by email?
Of course. After the consultation, we will send you a step-by-step plan, which was discussed on the call, as well as the necessary links and materials for application. This is included in the Basic and Full tariffs.
If I have any more questions, will you answer?
Yes. Within a week after the call, we will answer all your questions in writing as they arise.
Is it possible to cancel a consultation?
Yes, you can cancel your consultation within 24 hours from the date of payment. To do this, write to highereducation@linguatrip.com. If you have already filled out and submitted the form, you cannot cancel the consultation.
