King’s College London is the latest addition to the portfolio of centres run by Bucksmore during the summer. King’s College is a world-famous prestigious university in the heart of London. It is consistently ranked among the top Universities in both the UK and the world.
Classrooms and meals take place on the Strand campus, less than a mile from famous landmarks such as Trafalgar Square, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.
The accommodation is provided at Moonraker Point, just over a mile away from the main campus, close to Southwark underground station.
The London Advanced Studies Program (LASP) is an academic enrichment summer course for ambitious students wanting to challenge themselves with advanced academic tuition in very small class sizes.
Available to international students with a ‘strong’ upper-intermediate level of English as well as native English speakers, the course requires students choose one ‘core’ and one ‘specialist’ subject per week, as well as weekly group projects such as Bucksmore President, UK Capital of Culture, and Technology Expo.
Bucksmore London combines the most intensive English language course with an action-packed sightseeing schedule in-and-around London. Outside of the classroom, students visit a multitude of London’s famous attractions, museums and landmarks, and also get to see West End musical.
