The International School of English (ISE Ireland) is a quality professional school with long-term experience dedicated to delivering the highest Educational standards in International student care.

The experienced and qualified teachers ensure a friendly and professional language learning experience. Lessons are lively and communicative, helping students to progress and develop your English language skills. Students are given weekly progress tests to monitor progress, and tutorials every 6 weeks to assess development and offer suggestions on how to improve.

The International School of English is recognised by ACELS (a service of Quality and Qualifications Ireland), is a member of MEI (Marketing English Ireland).
This course offers general English and exam preparation programme for 15 hours per week, plus 5 hours per week of conversation class.
You participate in communicative and lively lessons that give plenty of opportunities to develop knowledge of language structures and vocabulary, as well as speaking, listening, reading and writing skills.
Conversation classes give students an opportunity to improve speaking fluency and accuracy by discussing interesting topics and receive feedback on language errors made.
An intensive English course offers a quick and effective way to improve your knowledge, regardless of your current level of language. You have the opportunity to supplement your course with special lessons, such as business English or preparation for exams.
The course allows you to quickly learn the grammar and vocabulary, which will be useful every day. You can study as much as you need, and thereby improve your opportunities in future academic and professional endeavors.
General English is designed to develop all kinds of language skills. Students will replenish their vocabulary, strengthen grammar, improve written English, strengthen reading skills. You will be encouraged to work in pairs and groups to ensure classes are communicative and lively. Students also receive some classes in exam preparation to help them to prepare for the exam for their level.
With this course, you can quickly learn how to use the language in everyday communication situations.
The school must confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation.
If the selected housing is not available for your dates, the school will offer another accommodation option for you to consider.
I don't need housing
Our Host Families are situated at different locations in Waterford city and the nearby town of Tramore.
They are all within walking distance or a short bus trip (up to 30 min) to school. All of our hosts are Garda vetted, friendly, helpful and eager to meet people from different countries and cultures. Bills, bedding and WIFI are included.

Student residences are intended for individuals who really want to enjoy the experience of living and sharing with people from different countries. Most of the houses are located in city center or nearby (20-40 minutes walking distance).
The residences are well equipped with all standard conveniences such as TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker and central heating. Free broadband Internet access.
Student residences will ask the student to pay a deposit of 100€ on arrival. It will be refunded once the student leaves the accommodation. Some residences retain a cleaning fee.
