LinguaSchool is suitable for students with an elementary level of English or higher.
Is it possible to get a refund after payment?
Yes, but only if you have not yet scheduled your first session with the tutor.
How to start learning?
When you start your learning with us for the first time, you will need to sign up on the platform linguacourse.thinkific.com. After the payment, you will receive an email from Lingua Course, follow the instructions inside. If you already have an account on the platform, then just go to the site linguacourse.thinkific.com. Login is your email address, and you should enter your password which you've set by yourself. If you don't remember the password, then you can reset it by clicking the “Forgot password?” button on the log in page.
Which course should I study first?
You need to go to the website linguacourse.thinkific.com and find courses with names beginning with the words “LinguaSchool". Open “LinguaSchool. Your learning journey” and watch it.
How to book a lesson with a tutor?
Find the course “LinguaSchool. Your teacher” on the platform linguacourse.thinkific.com. Click on the course and go to the page “Booking a Lesson with a Tutor.” There you will see a link to Calendly where you can book a lesson. Before the lesson, you will receive an email from the teacher with a link to the Zoom meeting. Use it to join the lesson. If you don't receive the email, write to us via email online@linguatrip.com
What do I need to do if I can’t book a lesson or if I’ve missed a lesson?
You might not be able to book a lesson if the teacher doesn't have a free slot at time which is convenient for you. Write to us by email online@linguatrip.com — we will find a replacement. If you missed a lesson for any reason, then, unfortunately, it is considered completed. In this case, also contact us — we will try to solve the problem.
How to find the knowledge library?
On the Lingua Course platform you'll see an educational course, for example, “LinguaSchool. Intermediate.” There are courses for elementary and advanced levels, their names will also begin with the words “Lingua School". In addition to them, we can add “LinguaSchool. Pronunciation”. You will receive the suitable course after the diagnostic test of your level in the first lesson with a tutor. Wait until the teacher gives you homework, and then start studying the materials.
How does our Speaking Club work?
To find links to the Zoom meetings of the Speaking Club, you need to open the course "LinguaSchool. Speaking Club” on the Lingua Course platform. Inside you will see a description of the club and FAQs. You can attend any meetings and as many sessions as you want.
Is it possible to extend my membership for a longer period of time?
Of course! Just like at any school, you can continue your studies at LinguaSchool if you want to keep improving your English.
