The school joins Les ateliers, an exceptional mansion with a friendly and cultural atmosphere. It is located in the heart of the Europe district, a 5 minute walk from the train station Saint-Lazare. Les ateliers FL Paris and International House Paris are located in a vast building, with 18 rooms spread over 5 floors, all accessible by lift.
This school is ERP and open to welcoming people with disabilities.
In addition to being equipped with the latest technology in the classrooms, 3 spaces allow you to enjoy the school life: a reception room overlooking an interior courtyard, a library and a double-roof terrace with a view of the roofs of Paris and the Haussmannian architecture of the district.
School's premises are fully air-conditioned, which is an essential asset during the summer heat.
In addition to French lessons, the school will be a place of cultural encounters around authors, artists, workshops… several times a month.
This school also provides each student with a safety and well-being space and a dedicated advisor. At any time during your stay, if you encounter a problem, do not hesitate to contact him. (All precise information is communicated to you during registration).
The school undertakes to put in place special monitoring for minor students by ensuring their presence in class.

Learn the basics of French cuisine while practicing the French language in a relaxed atmosphere that facilitates oral communication!
Taking part in a cooking workshop in France is a sensory and educational experience that immerses participants in the art of French cuisine. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a setting that’s often charming, whether it’s a professional kitchen, a cozy workshop, or even the home of a local chef. The atmosphere is friendly and stimulating, conducive to learning and sharing.
The workshop usually begins with an introduction to the ingredients, often local and seasonal. The chef or host shares anecdotes about the products, explaining their origins, their importance in French cuisine, and why they are used. This introduction provides a better understanding of the importance of terroir and the quality of raw materials in French gastronomy.
Afterwards, participants get down to work under the chef’s careful instruction. They learn precise techniques, such as cutting, slicing, braising or preparing a classic sauce. Every gesture is explained, with tips for success, whether it’s a puff pastry, a béarnaise sauce, or a soufflé.

Once the dishes have been prepared, it’s time for the long-awaited tasting. Participants gather around a table to savor the dishes they’ve concocted. Homestay accommodation is a unique intercultural experience that the school recommend to their students. You will share unique moments of daily life with your family, practicing your French in real situations.
All school's host families are carefully selected by school's team and live maximum 40 minutes from the school (the distance varies depending on the city). Each family hosts one or more students with a different mother tongue.
Traveling on your own or with a partner, no matter what you need, International House Paris have the option for you. Choose from bed & breakfast, half-board or even full-board, the school also offer the room only option for the independent ones.
Preferably, and depending on your arrival time in France, International House Paris ask that you arrive at your host family’s home after 6 p.m. on Sunday. Departures are on Saturday before noon. Outside of these times, you will need to contact your school.
Living in a host family half board is mandatory if you are underage.

In the heart of student or private residences, you will meet people from all over the world thanks to the shared living spaces available to you, while enjoying complete freedom during your stay in France.
The school have selected a large choice of modern and fully equiped residences, easily accessible from the school.
You can choose to stay in either a single or double room, a private or a double studio and some residence even offer hotel services. Whatever you feel like and whatever your budget, International House Paris have the residence for you!
It is highly recommend to book a minimum of 1 week, the facilities, the services (both free of charge and at an extra cost) may vary depending on the residence.
Available for people over 18 only.
Cheaper and more comfortable than a hotel, choosing to book an apart’hotel allows you to feel just like at home but still be able to enjoy the services of the residence and ask for help from the staff.
The school have selected a large choice of very comfortable and fully-equiped apartments. The apartments can usually welcome 1 or 2 people.
The facilities, the services (both free of charge and at an extra cost) may vary depending on the apart’hotels.
