LinguaTrip operates the website and other domains, which lead the user to this website and its sub-domains. By using the website, private and professional third parties ("student / guest") can book accommodation and other travel services ("service") at Language schools, hosts and travel service providers ("service providers"). The language school, hosts and service providers trade for their own account.

1. Using this website

Your use of this website is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these terms of use (the 'Terms') and you agree to use this website in accordance with and subject to these Terms. The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and If you do not read or accept these Terms, do not use this website. By accessing any part of the website, you consent to be bound by these Terms. As a condition of your use of this website, you undertake to that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

2. Before you book:

(i) Insurance

We strongly advised to all students to take out insurance in case of the need to return home early, medical conditions and other unpredictable circumstances.

(ii) Health declaration

If you have any illnesses, allergy or disability, this must be reported to the service providers at the time of confirmation of the booking.

(iii) Visa approval

It is responsibility of the student to arrange all applicable travel permits or visas and to have a valid passport. is not responsible for determining whether or not student needs a visa. Visa regulations change from time to time therefore we strongly advise you to contact the relevant Embassy/Consulate in your country for up to date information.

3. Service description

This website has been created and is operated by LinguaTrip Inc., a US company with address at Suite 120 and 200, 611 Gateway Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080. We operate as an intermediate between language schools, host and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book language courses, accommodation and other services online. We do not provide, own or run any academic and/or accommodation services and in particular we do not provide, own or run any course and/or accommodation and any representations to the contrary are invalid. Our service is based on information and the services provided by the language schools, host, users and the service providers in general. In addition to the Terms & Conditions students are also subject to the rules and regulations governing the particular language school they are attending and/or the particular accommodation booked and any relevant service booked. is not liable for damage or injury caused to persons or property arising from the agreement entered into between the customer and the service providers selected and all disputes between you and the service providers must be resolved as between the parties.

When you book with you benefit from having the lowest price available for that course or accommodation, competent and friendly customer service should you have any questions or problems with your booking and we will endeavour to assist in whatever way we can should any difficulties arise.
For the purpose of your booking "Lowest Price Guarantee" means the guarantee issued by (under this or any similar name) that offers the Lowest rate for a course and in the event that a lower rate can be found online for the equivalent course with the same start date and finished dates and the same booking conditions at the time of booking, the service providers agrees to meet that lower price.

4. Reservation application

The "Book It Now" button will take you through a very quick, user-friendly online application system where you enter your personal data and have to select the payment method. Once a language school and or host has been chosen by you and a deposit has been paid, the service providers will confirm availability of the services you require, once the school confirm availability for those services, you will receive a confirmation email. Your place on any course and/or accommodation is not fully confirmed until such time as these fees have been paid, and the service providers concerned has confirmed this payment. Failure to pay in full prior to arrival may result in loss of your place. We recommend to pay the fees in full at least two weeks prior the course start date. Your booking will be done in the currency of the school. Your registration (booking) is a binding agreement for you to complete the course and pay the fees in full. If payment is not received in full the student will not be allowed to start the course. Letter of Acceptance will not be issued until full payment has been received. All bank or credit card charges must be paid by you. While we forward the details of your booking to the service providers selected, we cannot guarantee the course booking until all fees due are fully paid. Nevertheless we will do our best to accommodate you in the course and accommodation of your choice. Students required to be in possession of a visa to enter a country or territory should book the course and accommodation at least 8 weeks in advance. No flight ticket should be purchased until confirms the student's place in the Language school and or accommodation. You are obliged to keep us and the service providers informed of any changes of address, your contact details and emergency contacts details. 5. Cancellations and refunds

I) General policy

By making a reservation trough us with service providers, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and refund policy of that particular service provider, and to any additional (delivery) terms and conditions of the service providers that may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the service providers (the delivery terms and conditions of a language school can be obtained with the relevant language school). The general cancellation and refund policy of each language school is made available on our website at the language school information pages, during the reservation procedure and in the confirmation email. Please note that certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change. Please check the course and or accommodation details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation. The user needs to accept the terms and conditions of the service providers prior to booking. The service provider is solely responsible for the correctness of the information in the terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the guest to clarify any ambiguity about the terms and conditions of the service provider prior to the booking. If you wish to review, adjust or cancel your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein. Please note that you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the service providers' cancellation and refund policy. We recommend that you read the cancellation and refund policy of the service providers carefully prior to making your reservation. The deposit paid online is refundable in accordance with the terms set out by the service providers prior to course start date. The administrative and banking costs will be deducted from any refund agreed. The booking is subject to the service providers' own cancellation policy. An administration fee may be charged by the service providers in the event of cancellation. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the service providers carefully. will not charge any additional cancellation fee. If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the start of the course most the service providers may not charge a cancellation fee or will simply charge the inscription fee, which will have paid as part of the course fees, as cancellation fee. You are strongly advised to take insurance in case you are unable to start or to complete your course for reasons outside your control.

(ii) Cancellation by the service providers

We make all reasonable efforts to provide the courses as set out in our website. Occasionally, the service providers have to make changes to and correct errors in brochure and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed and cancel confirmed bookings. Whilst the service providers always endeavor to avoid changes and cancellations, they must reserve the right to do so. Most changes are minor. If we have to make a significant change or cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible. If there is time to do so before departure, we will offer you the choice of the following options: (for significant changes) accepting the changed arrangements or purchasing an alternative course from us, of a similar standard to that originally booked if available (if the chosen alternative is less expensive than your original one, we will refund the difference but if it is more expensive, we will ask you to pay the difference) or canceling or accepting the cancellation in which case you will receive a of monies you have paid to the service provider. Please note, the above options are not available where any change made is a minor one. No compensation will be payable and the above options will not be available if we cancel as a result of your failure to comply with any requirement of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time). If your reservation has been canceled by the service providers, you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please check your Spam/junk folder to see if the email is there. If you have not received a cancellation email in your inbox or Spam/junk folder, please contact our customer service team. Any amendment to the dates of stay of a Special Offer or Non Refundable reservation will be charged by the service providers and is non refundable due to the special deal. shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation or other academic services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the service provider.

(iii) Cancellation due to visa refusal:

If you have been refused visa you must inform us immediately, failure to inform us with less than 14 days before the course start date will result in refund refusal. In event of visa refusal into the country where you book your course, official documentation of the application refusal and original documents from the language school (Letter of Acceptance) must be sent to us before refund can be considered. No refund will be issued where original documents have not been received. You must send these documents by recorded post and scanned by email Where refund is to be issued due to visa refusal full course and accommodation fee will be refunded less bank and/or credit card charges. Please note each school has their own visa refusal cancelation policy and some fee may be charged by the language school in this event. You can find the visa refusal policy of the school in the school profile in our website. nor the service providers will not issue any refund where: a) visa has been previously refused b) where visa is refused and/or cancelled due to poor non-attendance c) where the relevant Home Office, Embassy, Consulate or port of Entry immigration officials believe that you are not a bona fide or genuine student and subsequently refuses visa and/or entry to the country where you book your course/accommodation d) if student leaves the country during the course and its denied re-entry e) if appeal is pending f) where any information was falsified.

6. Termination policy

Termination means stopping or leaving all or part of the course and/or accommodation once the course has started. If you decide to terminate your course at any point after starting date no refund will made of tuition, accommodation or booking fees by Termination is in breach of the service providers’s termination policy. If you wish to terminate your course and/or accommodation service providers might ask you for a minimum 6 weeks written notice in order to provide you a refund for any unused course and/or accommodation, less this notice period and the course and/or accommodation booking fee. Please see the specific terms of the service providers profile you have selected prior to booking a course as you will be bound by these specific terms and conditions once you confirm the booking.

7. Public holidays

Classes are not held and most language school facilities are closed on public holidays. Most published courses start on Monday, if Monday is public holiday classes will start on Tuesday. No refunds, credits or any other form of compensation will be made for classes not available on public holidays.

8. Arranged pick up transfer

If you have booked a pick up and/or drop off service you must inform us with your exact flight details at least 1 weeks prior to your arrival. You should look for a driver in arrival hall holding a sign with your service providers name or/and your name and/or their name printed on the sign. If your flight was late more than 30 minutes you may be liable for additional charges. If you can’t find your driver and you decide to leave without contacting the service providers you will not be entitled to a refund. You must call service providers in case if you can’t find your driver before you decide to take alternative transport.

9. Accommodation

The language school and their providers provide accommodation if students book a full time course for the same period. Any such deposits which may be required for some types of accommodation, will be required at the time of booking and returned at the end of the rental period on the condition that there is no damage to the property.

10. Liability

Our service is based on information provided by service providers. Although we do our best effort to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free, nor can we be held responsible for interruptions, inaccuracies, typographical errors or non-delivery of information.
