- Gain skills which support development of practical administration skills including office systems and equipment, meeting support and filing systems.
- Understand aspects of business online and how this can support business to develop further opportunities.
- Learn different aspects of promoting, branding and visual merchandising.
Improve knowledge on consumer ethics, lean management techniques and logistics.
