After payment, a calendar will be sent to the email address provided. There, you will be able to select the appropriate time and date for your classes. Please choose a lesson time that is at least 24 hours ahead. Less than 24 hours notice could result in a schedule conflict for the teacher.
If the email with the calendar link does not come after the payment, please write to support@linguatrip.com.
If you are 10 or more minutes late for a lesson, it will be cancelled. Money for the cancelled lesson will not be returned.
A group of several classes. You can reschedule or cancel after the first lesson. We can replace the teacher if there is a problem. If the new teacher also does not suit you, we will refund your money.
In order for us to return your money, you need to send the email at least 24 hours before the time of the lesson. Sending an email two or three days in advance is even better because it allows us to to process your application sooner.
Funds are returned in USD (US dollars) to the card or PayPal account you used to pay. Do not worry if the money does not show up instantly. A bank or payment system can take several days to process USD payments.
