Apartment Viva Tower is Vancouver’s first grand student-rental hotel, located in downtown Vancouver at the corner of Howe Street and Drake Street. It is only a 10 minute walk from Kaplan International and less than 5 minutes to grocery stores, coffee shops and bus stops. Yaletown Canada Line Station is a 10 minute walk and Granville Skytrain Station is a 10-15 minute walk.
The residence is located in a 17-story high rise building offering single and twin rooms in fully furnished shared apartment suites. Included amenities are a fitness room, sauna and Wi-Fi throughout the building. Weekly housekeeping for the common areas is also included during the student's stay.
