Do I need to retake the intensive?
No. The upgrade unlocks a fuller package for the intensive you already purchased — no new enrollment or restart needed.
I upgraded my package, what now?
If you have any questions, email online@linguatrip.com. The coordinator replies on weekdays from 10 to 19 Moscow time; later messages get a reply the next day.
What if I use a different email?
It will be harder for the coordinator to find your order. It is best to use the same email you used to pay, and mention it in the form if it changed.
