FAQ

I prefer using my phone for classes. Can I do this?
Yes, of course. You can use any gadget you like — smartphone, computer, or tablet. All you need is the Skype app. Also, your Internet connection should be stable so we recommend using a computer for your lessons.
Will I have to do homework?
Yes, there will be interesting and feasible homework after every lesson. This way, you will be able to better memorize new material and hone your language skills.
How can I choose the times for my classes?
We will send you a calendar where you can choose the date and time for your class, it should be at least one day ahead. This way, your teacher will have enough time to prepare everything for your lesson and you won’t need to reschedule it if there is any force majeure. If you have not received an email with the calendar after payment, please email us at online@linguatrip.com.
Can I reschedule or cancel my class?
You can reschedule or cancel your class no later than 24 hours before the class, and it’s better to do so at least 2-3 days in advance. This way, we will manage to process your request. In case of cancellation, we will issue a refund for all unused classes (but only after the first lessons, if two or more lessons from the package have been completed, no refund is possible). If you are late for your class by 10 minutes or more, we will cancel the session without a refund.
How fast do I need to take all the lessons?
All lessons should be taken within 6 months since the date of purchasing.
Can I place my package of classes on hold?
No, classes can not be placed on hold.
Can I change my teacher?
If you can’t get along with your teacher, we can offer you another one.
What should I do if there are any technical problems?

I bought a package of lessons, can I return it?
Yes, you can, but only after the first lesson. In this case, we will return full fees minus the cost of the first lesson without any discounts. If 2 lessons or more have been taken, we will not issue a refund.
