What happens after payment
The coordinator updates your package manually and emails access to the new materials to the address used for payment. If there is no email within a day, write to online@linguatrip.com.

FAQ
Do I need to re-enroll in the course?
No. The upgrade unlocks extra materials and support formats for the participation you already purchased — no new enrollment needed.
I upgraded my package, what now?
If you have any questions, email online@linguatrip.com. The coordinator replies on weekdays from 10 to 19 Moscow time; later messages get a reply the next day.
What if I use a different email?
It will be harder for the coordinator to find your order. It is best to use the same email you used to pay, and mention it in the form if it changed.
