Learn German at BWS Germanlingua in the heart of lively Berlin.
You will learn German in a friendly atmosphere and in a very effective way. All BWS teachers are highly qualified and experienced in teaching German as a foreign language. They are very friendly and helpful for any challenge.
The lessons are varied, interesting and follow a clear progression. Effective learning can be guaranteed in small groups. After classes BWS Germanlingua offers a lot of social activities, 3 free activities/week.
During this course, you will take part in the Standard Course and additionally receive 5 or 10 one-to-one private lessons per week, where you will practice your German intensively and where you and your teacher can focus on your specific individual requirements.
With school in Berlin BWS Germanlingua offers to learn German and to prepare for the studies at a university in Germany. School's offer is focused on teaching German and the consultation to apply for the pre-university and the university program. It consists of ‘Studienkolleg’ the Pre-University year, which lasts two semesters and is for students who require it to enter a university at an undergraduate level.
The school assist with all aspects of the stay in Germany, such as the undergraduate placement at Studienkolleg/university, accommodation, activities, public transport, medical insurance etc.
The school offer a special program that combines a German course with a vocational training in Germany. You can choose from various professions in different areas, such as baker’s craft, horticulture, nursing care and many more.
The German vocational training is a well-respected professional education that consists in theoretical as well as practical training in the chosen profession. The vocational training will be completed in a German company.
To successfully pass the vocational education school's courses provide you with a good knowledge of the German language. The dual system is firmly established in the German education system. The main characteristic of
the dual system is the cooperation between mainly small and medium sized companies, on the one hand, and publicly funded vocational schools, on the other. Trainees in the dual system typically spend part of each week
at a vocational school and the other part at a company, or they may spend longer periods at each place before alternating. Dual trainings usually lasts two to three-and-a-half years.
This school's program offers a service to apply to up to three German companies for the vocational training and prepares you with a German course up to the required level.

In the students' apartment, you will share a flat with other students of BWS school. You have the option to book a twin room which you will share with another student of a different nationality or to book a single room just for yourself. In both cases, you will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with all students living in the residence. Please note that the minimum age for this type of accommodation is 20.
A security deposit of € 300 is required upon arrival.
