EC Malta is located in St. Julian's, a fun tourist resort built around a small bay and it's one of the few Malta English language schools to hold the international ISO 9001 quality accreditation. The school is bright, modern and buzzing with activity throughout the year. Expect a warm welcome from our teachers and staff.

EC provides the learning and support students need to be accountable for their own learning. Students will have an induction to understand how to choose a course, maximise online learning, and set goals. Through the week students will work independently on their chosen course, we recommend a minimum of 3 hours self-study per week and will have a follow-up session in the EC Classroom on Fridays (2 x 45 minutes) to discuss and reflect on their course.
If you’re looking to improve your career or business, executive coaching could be a great option for you. EC has introduced optional online One-to-One Executive Coaching sessions. These online sessions are delivered by a qualified external provider and are available for the 30+ students who have booked an English language course programme as an added extra. These can be booked at the time as your main course booking, or during the language course itself.

There's no better way to practise your English and learn about Maltese culture than in a homestay. Homestay families will give you the security and support you desire along with great Maltese food! This is perfect for you if you enjoy all the comforts and familiarities of home life.
You can choose between twin and single room accommodation. If you choose twin room accommodation, then you can expect to be placed with a student of a different nationality, but you can even choose to share with a friend.
Each homestay bedroom has storage space for clothes, a chair and desk (if not in the bedroom students will be able to use a designated area for studying) as well as good lighting, mirror, waste paper bin. Bed linen and towels are provided by the host family and one clothes wash per week. Anything extra is at the discretion of the host family.
Whilst staying with a host family, you will have access to communal rooms such as the lounge, dining area and kitchen although most students will not be able to use the cooking facilities. Bathrooms will be shared with the host family unless you choose a private bathroom.
Host families are all within easy reach of EC Malta, either by public transport or within walking distance. Homestay locations include but are not limited to; St Julian’s, Sliema, Sweiqi, San Gwann, St Andrew’s, Ta’ Xbiex, Gzira, Msida and Pembroke.
Distance to school: depending upon location, from a 10 minute walk to a 30 minute bus journey.
Please note that a single en-suite room is on the request.

The Campus Hub residence is on the main campus of the University of Malta, Msida. Styaing here gives you a real taste of local university life. Msida is a lively student town that attracts thousands of students daily and is a good place to spend time after school.

Payment for Arrivals from 1st August: Starting from 1st August, all students arriving at Campus Hub will be required to make a new ECO Tax payment directly at Campus Hub, regardless of whether they have previously been invoiced for the ECO Tax through EC. The ECO Tax will be charged at a rate of €0.50 per night, with a maximum cap of €5 per stay.
Choose this option for the most independent lifestyle. Suitable for a single person or two people traveling together, these self-contained apartments offer comfort as well as a high level of privacy in a good location.
