Now about studying.
I was identified by the introductory test in the Upper Intermediate group.
I got somewhere in the middle of the course, I do not know when it started. Teachers spoke fluently, I did not understand much, my classmates, especially from Asia, even worse. With the fulfillment of tasks, when I understood, there was no particular difficulty. Classmates understood the speech better, but with the articles, grammar, written speech, imagination, in my opinion, I had better.
I asked for a lower level, I thought they speak more slowly. But it turned out, in perception everything is the same.
Listening, when it was necessary to catch semantic moments in a fluent speech, for me it was difficult regardless of the level. And there was no regular training to develop the perception of hearing.
Best of all, I had an Intensive Upper Intermediate for 3 weeks.
What I got.
I gained some freedom in individual communication in accordance with my level of listening. I do not think that I improved my listening experience, which, in fact, I needed. If so, it is insignificant. I got knowledge of some of the nuances of the language.
In general, the school is not bad. Teachers and staff are attentive, sympathetic.
But the structure of classes is not for me at this level, I do not know if there is another. And individually under me, probably, not to be arranged.
