OHLA Miami is located in “Brickell”, the financial district of Miami. Brickell is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers. Referred to, as the “Manhattan of the South,” Brickell is home to the largest concentration of international banks in the United States and to many popular restaurants, shops and places of entertainment. Public transportation in Brickell is convenient as it is served by the Trolley system, the Miami Metrorail at the Brickell station and by 5 stations of the Metromover’s Brickell Loop.
One block west of the OHLA Brickell campus, students can find the “Mary Brickell Village”, a French style village with an assortment of restaurants, boutiques, services that create a gathering area for high-class retail and restaurants, the village attracts locals and tourists for social gathering and entertainment.
OHLA has won the “Best Language School in Miami” for 7 consecutive years.
Students at the OHLA Miami campus have the best of both worlds, classrooms with an ocean-view location and an urban neighborhood with something for veryone.
Semi intensive program + exam preparation program runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:40 and then from 14:10 to 17:00 for a total of 35 ESL lessons (29.2 hours) per week.
This program is especially designed for those students who want to fast track their English studies, and prepare for their University linguistic entrance exam.
This program offers a vast array of complementary courses that vary throughout the year depending on the needs of students.
Elective courses offered: conversation club, pronunciation, accent reduction, business english, survival english in your daily life, survival english in the work place and others.
F-1 visa is required.
These programs have been designed for users who are preparing to sit in for one of the language exams and would like to increase their performance scores. These language courses run in blocks of 4 consecutive weeks, Monday to Thursday from 14:10 to 17:00, and includes on a daily basis;
2 lessons of core classes in small group [max 8 students]
1 lessons of individual lab work
Every Friday is dedicated to an additional 3 lessons of individual lab work
The school must confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation.
If the selected housing is not available for your dates, the school will offer another accommodation option for you to consider.

School residence was pretty comfortable. But, I didn't like that from the second week my roommate was a Russian girl. The course and the teachers were good.
