The college is located within easy traveling distance of the famous California beaches, mountains and deserts. Popular local destinations include Disneyland, Universal Studios, Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

Vacation English Program offers basic instruction in the fundamental skills of English in a relaxed context. Develop your fluency while enjoying plenty of time to explore the rich cultural offerings and entertainment attractions available near our language schools.
Program places an exceptional emphasis on speaking. Students practice speaking skills frequently in class, receiving regular guidance and correction from their instructor.

The FLS Academic English Program is perfect for the student who wants to improve their English skills as quickly as possible and get on the right track for college and university success! This program offers the most lessons per week available at FLS. Students are able to enroll in the full-range of courses offered.
Pathway courses replicate the same experience we provide in our physical schools in the United States. Increase your English skills quickly to propel you to success in your university studies or your career.
Regarding the online pathway program, we would first recommend our ‘Core English’ program, which is our 3-hour core English class (18 levels). Students are tested and placed into one of our classes either taught from Boston or L.A. depending on the preferred time zone. This core class runs from 9am-12pm Monday-Friday either Eastern Time or Pacific Time. Once they pass the required level with one of our college or university partners, we can arrange for their acceptance and transfer there with no TOEFL or IELTS required.
The FLS TOEFL Preparation Program is specifically designed to give students a critical advantage in taking the most commonly accepted exam at American institutions.
This intensive program includes a total of 36 teacher-led lessons per week: 18 lessons of integrated study to improve all English skills; 12 lessons devoted to specific TOEFL strategies and skills and 6 lessons of Academic Workshops for additional language practice and skill development.
Students work with an experienced instructor to hone their ability in the interrelated TOEFL skills of reading, writing, listening and speaking. Practice exams allow instructors to analyze students’ abilities and familiarize students with the test format and strategies.
Please note that students must possess an English fluency of FLS Level 9 or better (B1+) to enter the program.
The school must confirm the availability of your chosen accommodation.
If the selected housing is not available for your dates, the school will offer another accommodation option for you to consider.
