Courses

General English TOP CHOICE
From 12 to 17 years old 15 students per class 1 lesson — 45 minutes

On arrival all students sit a written and oral exam to identify their correct level in the UIC Junior Syllabus.

Based on continuous assessment throughout their stay all students receive an UIC Report Card and Certificate of Attendance at the end of their course.

Students have the opportunity of taking the Trinity College GESE during their stay.

Summer schools are an exciting opportunity for teenage students to practice and improve their English skills in a fun, safe and exciting new environment. In 2013 our academic team introduced the new UIC Junior syllabus to meet the special demands of short summer courses. The materials are exclusively available at ISIS Junior and were designed by UIC teachers for UIC students. Students will typically receive 15 hours of English lessons per week and will be in classes of a maximum of 16 people.

Lessons aim to increase the students’ confidence in communicating in English through engaging and age-appropriate topics and activities. All language is presented in context to show and practice how English is used in the real world and not just the lesson.
