I enjoy studying there. It was an inexpressible experience) Education The school is great. The teachers and managers are always accommodating. The school is located in the downtown in close vicinity to shops, museums, and a library. Education is systematic and thorough. Before going to this school, my English level was assessed as Intermediate. But at my first day at class I passed a test, and my English level was assessed as B2 – it is Upper-Intermediate. At first, I thought that I could complete this level in a month. But now I realized that it takes 3 months to complete one language level. I took 3 lessons in a day, each one was 1,5-hour long. I understood that it was enough for me, 4 lessons in a day could be harsh. However, students from Russia usually take 4 lessons)) they are considered as brave ones) The book that I got in the school was amazing. It was easy to do self-learning with it. So, the group studied one Unit in a week. There are 14 Units in the book. I came to the group, when they were on the 10th Unit. A part of tutorial materials I studied by myself. It was really pleasant that the book contained numerous audio-lessons. Students from plenty of countries go to study for six months – this is the time, which will help you to improve your English on a couple of levels. Students from Russia often go for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, it is a short term, and it is hard to learn something systematically. You can only get the exposure to the language. I advise you to go at least for a month. Also, I realized that grammar and vocabulary are worth exploring in Russia, and you should go to England to train your listening comprehension and speaking skills in English. Although, in my opinion it would be better for the school to pay more attention to dialogues. Unfortunately, not all the teachers attend to the dialogues (correct mistakes) between students during the classes. The beat teacher is Kate. Thanks to her, thanks to her professionalism, I was able to improve my level of language skills I think that my English level has increased. It became easier to speak (though not as Upper-Intermediate) and listen to English, moreover, I began to read non-adaptive literature. The road What was the most frightening and what I was worried about is the road. It seemed to me scary to get from Moscow to Oxford. And, the closer to home in Oxford, the worse. As a result, my road was: Flight Moscow-London (Gatwick), London (Gatwick Airport) bus - Oxford bus station, taxi station - family house. I worried a lot. Eventually, it was not so scary. Nevertheless, it would be great if LinguaTrip helped with the transfer, but there is no transfer service to the host family( And taking a taxi from London to Oxford is more expensive than air travel. Leisure As previously it’s been written in the reviews, leisure is organized at the school, but students are inactive in participation, and the organizers do not seek to increase attendance. Every day it is organized either going to a museum or a cafe. I really love excursions, so I specially "advertised" such trips among my friends, as a result, we went to the ice rink and one museum for 2-3 people from the whole school))) But still we went, which pleases) Homestay At the beginning I lived in a family, which lived in the suburbs – It took me one hour to get to the school. I said that I want to change my host family at my first day at the school. They changed a family in a week, but it was ok for me. A new family lived closer, it was a retired woman. I lived in a big room, and food was normal) I was satisfied) ...

I would like to share about my trip to England that was in January 2018. First things first I can say that Linguatrip is very professional and solves everything quickly: documents, visa support, and personal situations. Thank you for that! My trip was for two weeks (my first trip to language courses ever in my life). I think that such trips should be booked for a long period of time, but for the first time 2-3 weeks are enough, so that you can get a taste of it. I was for the first time in England, I didn’t expect much from it, but England amazed my imagination and I almost fell in love with it. My language courses were in Oxford in “Oxford International” school in the city center on the opposite side of the main and oldest college of the well-known university. Here you can feel the spirit of students and old times, even in the air I felt unbelievable live enthusiasm when I walked on the English streets. School was very cozy and not very big. On the first day you are greeted and taken to the computer class, where you take the grammar test, speaking part and than your level is determined. After that you will be introduced to school, then you will walk through the city and have a little one hour excursion through the main places. We were lucky with the weather; surprisingly it was very sunny and warm. During my stay I met students from Italy, France, Saudi Arabia, China, Thailand, Brazil, Russia, Belarus, Chile, Peru, Venezuela… I made friends with guys from Brazil and I am going to visit them next year in their motherland. That’s it) I was lucky with the topics during my weeks: art and interrelations. As an actress and creative person I was delighted that I was sitting in the center of Oxford, talking about Shakespeare and his influence on English with people from all over the world, discussing Romeo and Juliet and performing scenes with my group mates. My experience was amazing! Thank you Linguatrip for your work! ...

Friends, I spent time in a wonderful school UIC English international in Oxford just a week, but there were a lot of impressions! First of all, I will say about the school itself - I already had experience of studying in it (in London), this time I was preparing for the IELTS exam. On the first day, I did not have to take a test (as all new students do), since I was already tested in London :) So, on Monday I started right away from the fight - or rather, from classes in the IELTS class! Teachers are wonderful (I can say that about all the staff of the school - I think, many of you have heard about British hospitality and goodwill, but here somehow especially :) I will not say that during this short period I significantly raised my level of language and preparation for the exam, but all the wishes for the lessons the teacher took into account! Plus - staying in the country one way or another raises the conversational level accurately - in my group there was not a single Russian student. In general, I can say that you are merging into the "atmosphere" of the language and then feel good in it! I will also say about living conditions! Honestly, this was my first time in the student residence - I lived on Stanley Road 15. A very nice place - a cozy British house for only 9 rooms! I had a very clean room with a design, as the British call it "lovely" :) was really one funny moment: I arrived on Saturday, and not on Sunday, when the settlement usually takes place, and I was not expected to be in the residence ... apparently, the school forgot to warn about my arrival. But all this quickly settled down - after 10 minutes of my insistent calls to the door they gave me a great room! I will say, of course, about Oxford himself! A stunning beauty! I really love London, but now my favourite city in England - definitely Oxford! Architecture, local restaurants, ancient churches, nature - everything fascinates you! So I did not want to leave! I will definitely return again to this city (maybe as a university student :) I'll be honest, before I went to the city for students, I was firmly planning to make a master in Canada, but now I will think about England! This city is madly respected by students! And if you are not one of them, the entrance to many colleges or historical buildings is simply closed to you (even for a fee). Therefore, two outlets - either to make friends with students, or to become one himself :) To enter Oxford University is, of course, difficult! But even this is possible (although there are about 125 Russian students studying there for 25 thousand students). But there is now a goal - to increase this number :)...

I went to Oxford for 3 weeks. I liked the school, interesting classes, teachers and staff are always ready to help. But when my teachers were sick, I had to deal with a lower-level language group. The school offers a variety of leisure activities: visiting colleges, pubs and restaurants, traveling to other cities ... Oxford International (UIC) is a good place to find friends, improve your English and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of England. It was a terrific experience!...

Hello, I liked everything. My school is located in the very city center, no problems with transportation, the interval between buses are 10 minutes. There are numerous shops, cafes, parks, free museums around. The school has met all my expectations. There is a lounge room with mini-kitchen and a ping-pong table, also there is a computer class on the 2nd floor, students can use the Internet and some studying materials there. The very classes are modern and comfortable, the lessons are interesting, the teachers do their best. You can always appeal to them for some help, they will show and explain you everything you need. They conduct an excursion not only to the school but also to Oxford, which is really convenient. The school provides with exercise books, you can buy some, but if you wouldn’t like to - they would give you the copies of book’s pages. I had no problems with my host family. They were accommodating, showed me the way to my school, helped to buy a transportation pass (ask bus driver). We took a breakfast (basically it’s cereal or flakes, you can take any products from a fridge and cook them) and a dinner (it’s cooked by a host). The school offered various types of entertaining activities, you can find its schedules at each floor, also at the reception desk. After graduation, you get a certificate and a report about your level with teacher’s comments....

Let me start with accommodation. The conditions were good, great food, regular communication with other students. Of the minuses, I would like to highlight only the thinness of the walls, although this fact did not deliver me any discomfort. As for the program from the school, it seemed rather weak to me. Level C1-2 is adjacent to the classroom with B2 (and even barely), turning into a kind of teacher. In any case, if the goal is to improve the language, then in such conditions the level rises very easily. In addition, I was convinced that the first two lessons are undoubtedly bearing fruit, while the third one is roughly a waste of time. In general, the school is not bad, good teachers. Despite all of the above, I was pleased with the trip....

n my opinion, you need to study at a language school abroad in two cases: to remove the barrier "I'm afraid to speak" or to prepare for the exam for language skills. What you are likely to learn to do is the so - called "small talks" or short dialogues and stories about yourself that you will repeat every time you meet new classmates. In the second case-will work out specific skills to prepare for the tests, because you will always perform similar tasks. There is no need to count on serious progress in language proficiency. Teachers approach classes quite formally, pay great attention to entertainment, watching YouTube, and to the material passed yesterday never come back, speaking in pairs is not controlled. Conclusion: you need to work on your own even more time than you spend in the classroom. I have a good level, I went to start speaking English without thinking and without prior preparation. I did it because of Wednesday. I liked the school, mostly the guys are very motivated and focused on learning, so they choose Oxford. Oxford is a wonderful place! Better difficult devise. Try searching for accommodation in University colleges. During the summer holidays they can be booked. I lived a week at Christ Church-it was an unforgettable experience!...

I don’t want to hurt anybody, but I’m pretty hard disappointed. Perhaps I had high expectations about studying in England, but in fact it was a partial waste of time and money. 1. The teaching methodology doesn’t differ from courses in Moscow (Moscow courses) – the teacher gives a task from the book and you discuss it with your partner. Only in Moscow you are communicating in “Russian” English and don’t strain to understand crazy accents of Latinas/Arabs/French. You listen to the real English during studying exactly same as in the homeland. 2. Residence in a “family”. First I was put in an African girl from one the French colony (there were no living conditions, I asked to move me and got to some Pakistani!!!, so I ran back to that girl. So what “English-Speaking environment” in a family is it involved about? 3. And leisure. Probably an age played here – I’m 35 years old, therefore I hadn’t got special points of intersection with rest of the student group. I walked myself and tried to communicate with the British, which was hard to find both in Oxford and London (I went there for 3 days Bank Holidays), because there were a lot of emigrants. Anyway there were no immersion and improving the level. Total conclusion: Up to the Advanced level it is need calmly work at home and then go not to school, but simply to travel, book a room through Airbnb, get acquainted on the internet with students-British and pay them for walking with you around the cities and this exactly will be more effective. ...

I booked a course using linguatrip. The school is small, but comfortable. I did not experience any discomfort in anything. Staff and teachers are very friendly. They can always be contacted for help on any issues. The school cooperates with the tour agency and on the weekend you can choose a tour and explore England and attractions - the prices are quite affordable, it was even cheaper than going independently in the same direction. As for leisure, it does not always collect enough people after classes to spend time together, all are milled by nationality - French-speaking with French-speakers, Chinese with Chinese, Arabs with Arabs, Spaniards with Spaniards, Russian-speakers with Russian speakers. Remember - one week - it's not enough, you just start to adapt, and already it's time to go back (( In my case, I was 3 weeks there and only in the last week I realized that here I am, in England, and stopped trying to say something in my native language. I wish you all to spend an unforgettable time in England, as it was for me! School and the city of Oxford highly recommended - I did not regret it!...

Personally, my opinion about the English school UIC Oxford - extremely positive! :) I was absolutely happy with the choice of the school, the choice of the place of study, and about everything! Firstly, I think that if there is such an opportunity, it's simply gorgeous to learn the language where it is the official language of the country. After all, it's not just a couple of classes a day, but also practice all day long - in a shop, in a cafe, in a club, on excursions and anywhere else! It was very nice to live in a family, not a hostel, because I could practice my English with them. In the school UIC, everything is perfectly organized: after passing the test, all new arrivals are distributed according to the levels. The whole first half of the day is classes. They give wonderful educational materials, which you can keep to yourself and then take them home! I believe that studying at school helped me to advance in my work and remove the language barrier! And of course to see the world, see a wonderful country and have a good rest! ...

Just do it and go to Oxford :) Excellent organization, good teachers, excellent location. I liked everything very much, most of all I liked as the staff arranged "Brazilian, English" and evenings. It was very cool to take part in such evenings, as you meet with new people, learn the culture of other people, etc.) I combined my vacation with a useful time, like learning English in Oxford...

I had few uncomfortable situations with the host family. I think it was because of the differences in culture and mentality, but we could always find a compromise. School was offering various activities every day, I always took part in them. I had an experienced and insanely friendly teacher. Also, for studying, we all got an account on the school website with free materials....

The school is good, so as the teachers, but the methodology is weak or even absent. There was no clear plan and structure of the course. Too much time is devoted to games. Maybe format like this will be interesting for someone, but not the one who is 30 years old and have an advance level. I liked homestay so much!...

I studied here for 2 weeks. The school was great! While I was in the UK I studied in two schools. This school was first and the impressions are just wonderful! There were very few Russians at the school and they were studied at another group. So that, It was a good chance to sink your teeth into the atmosphere of another language. I lived with a family host. It was great like I was at home. I grateful to the Linguatrip for their help! I changed the date of my trip sometimes and everything was very quick and without any problems. I’ve recommended your company to all my friends and colleagues! My friends are going to Ireland by Linguatrip. I’m sure they will be satisfied....

And of course to see the world, see a wonderful country and have a good rest! ...
