General English course is the most popular choice if you want to improve your core English skills. This course is aimed at increasing your confidence in using the language on a day-to-day basis so that you are comfortable in environments where you need to use English, whether this is for work, travel, or study.
Twin's General English course includes language placement assessment comprising grammar, oral, and writing, regular progress monitoring, certificate of achievement, personalized assessment, access to Twin e-Learning, Twin social program, and fortnightly tutorials which will take place with your teacher.
London is one of the world’s great study and tourist destinations. At Christmas time visitors can experience an explosion of colourful lights, amazing street decorations, fabulous shopping experiences, spectacular shows and a variety of traditional Christmas activities.
Your programme begins on December 21nd, and the Christmas magic continues until January 3th. Your English lessons with our experienced teaching staff are in the mornings, while in the afternoons and evenings you will be entertained with a variety of Christmas activities. These will include Christmas markets, ice skating, a night at the theatre, a trip to Oxford, as well as games and parties.
You will spend Christmas Day with your hosts to enjoy with them some Christmas food and celebrations. On New Year’s Eve you will enjoy lunch in Greenwich and take a river Thames cruise.

The host family is a great way to imbue the culture of the country, and also improve your language! All families are carefully selected by the school administration. You can learn about the life of people from the inside, practice English every day, eat home food, and also participate in many family events and see places that other participants may not even see.

The area around Scape Greenwich is now a sought after London neighbourhood amongst young professionals. Most famous for being the location of the O2, Scape students now have a shopping outlet, a choice of restaurants and a cinema on their doorstep. All without even mentioning the world famous music venue.
Scape Greenwich is located just a 10 minute walk away from Ravensbourne University. Being so close to North Greenwich tube station means it's perfectly placed for many other universities including University of Greenwich, University of East London, Goldsmiths and King's College London. Plus, with Canary Wharf just across the river, our Greenwich accommodation is the ideal location if you're studying at UCL School of Management.
The nearest tube station is North Greenwich which has access to the Jubilee line. From here you can head to Westfield Stratford in less than 10 minutes or to Bond Street in less than 20 minutes. Other Jubilee line stops also include London Bridge for Borough Market, Waterloo for South Bank and Westminster for Houses of Parliament.

We have a range of studio apartments with a private kitchen and bathroom plus an on-site gym.
The residence is located in a vibrant part of South East London with great transport links which can take you right into the heart of the capital. It is very close to creative New Cross, leafy Blackheath and the historic Royal Borough of Greenwich, all of which make fabulous days or nights . The bronze studios are 17 sq m in size and come with an en suite bathroom, private kitchen, compact double bed, study space, storage space and superfast broadband.
