Target English International Hull for Juniors is a summer school to those who want to spend unforgettable summer in a picturesque village and to improve English.

Target English International Hull for Juniors takes place at the University of Hull’s Lawns Campus, a landscaped campus surrounded by trees and with large open green spaces and playing fields. This compact campus has six comfortable halls of residence built around ‘The Lawns Centre’, which is the hub of student life on campus. The Lawns Centre has recently undergone a major refurbishment programme and offers good quality dining and social spaces for young learners to meet, socialise and relax in.

This summer school is perfect for students of all levels from Beginners (A1) to Advanced (C2). Summer Program TOP CHOICE
The course is only available for booking in the following dates:
From 10 to 17 years old 15 students per class 1 lesson — 45 minutes

A summer program is designed to provide a solid foundation in the basic skills of English through conventional learning methods and activities, as well as through movement, pictures, stories, songs, games and their surroundings.

The language course includes:

- 15 hours of General English language tuition per week;

- oral and written placement test to select class level and provide an initial assessment of the Trinity GESE;

- Trinity College London Graded Exam in Spoken English (GESE) for students residing in the school at least 2 weeks (for successful candidates the Trinity GESE certificate will be sent approximately 8 weeks after departure);

- student placement and syllabuses based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages;

- all learning materials, notebook, folder and souvenir Activity Book;

- end-of-course certificate awarded upon completion of the course;

- morning and afternoon teaching timetable operates in peak weeks. Students alternate weekly between morning classes and afternoon classes.

Also, Target English International Hull offers a lot of activities:

- daytime activities on campus consisting of a mix of sports, activities and games, local visits and excursions;

- all entrance fees and travel costs as required for the programme included;

- evening activities including discos, talent shows, karaokes and 3 full day excursions, 2 half day excursions & 4 local visits per 2 weeks;

- weekly optional 90-minute Drama workshop with specialist drama facilitator;

- daytime activities between 09:00-12:30 or 14:00-17:30. Evening activities between 19.30 – 22.00. Exact times may vary depending on the campus.

Target English International summer school is carefully selected to ensure a high standard of residential accommodation. The residence provides a comfortable and safe environment for students to relax and feel at home in.

You can choose single en-suite or single with shared bathrooms (1:4 shower ratio for shared bathrooms & washbasin in a bedroom) room. (Twin rooms available on request).

Shared kitchen/common rooms, bed linen, one towel and room keys, rooms cleaned and bed linen changed weekly are provided. You can use a service laundry and free Wi-Fi. (£40 damage deposit is taken on arrival and refunded on departure).

Students are provided with full board catering (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Full-board catering includes continental or hot breakfast, 2-course hot lunch and 2-course hot dinner. Packed lunches are provided for all full day excursions

This place is wonderful! I had a great time and met a lot of new friends. The places we visited looked like part of a film. People here are very nice and you can make lots of new friends. This place has both worlds: you can learn English and do lots of new things.
