Living in homestay accommodation can be one of the most rewarding and interesting parts of the student's visit to England. You will have the chance to live in a home environment and experience the culture first hand.

Most homestays are a bus ride away. Average journey time to school is 30 minutes by public transport.

Rooms are comfortable, simply furnished and contain a desk and storage space for your clothes. Bed linen is provided by the host.

Students should be able to do one washing machine load of laundry per week. Everyone in the family needs to use the bathroom and there is often only one bathroom in the home, you will need to ask your host when is the best time to have your bath or shower.

Internet access may be available in some homestays. Please ask the host upon arrival.

Student house is fantastic for students who want more independence. You will have your own room and share kitchen, living room and bathroom facilities with other students.

The residence is conveniently located within walking distance of the school. There is a large supermarket, and there are plenty of convenient stores, restaurants and cafeterias in the nearby area.

The rooms are comfortable and simply furnished and contain a desk and storage space for clothes. Bed linen is provided.

Meals are not included, but you get to use the kitchen facilities. Kitchens are modern and equipped with fridge, cookers, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

All student houses are equipped with a washing machine and ironing board.

Internet access is available.

A deposit of £150 is required on your first day at school and will be returned to you on your last day.

You will be given a set of keys on arrival. If you lose your keys, you may be charged up to £80.

Phoenix Halls is just half a mile north of the famous Brighton pier. The residences are easily accessible by bus, car and on foot. Average journey time to school is 20 minutes by bus or 30 minutes on foot.

Rooms are comfortably and simply furnished room and contain wash basin, desk, chair, lamp, wardrobe and bathroom in each room. Bed linen is provided and changed every week.

The residence is visited once a week by a cleaner but students are responsible for cleaning and keeping their own rooms tidy.

Meals are not included, but you get to use the kitchen facilities. Kitchens are modern and equipped with fridge, cookers, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
