General English programmes are the most popular courses and are especially suitable for adult participants (aged 16 and older), who want to make maximum progress in a short time. It is ideal for anyone, who doesn’t want to improve their English for a specific professional purpose (ESP), since the focus is on the development of communication skills in daily situations.

All students who successfully complete a course at Cavendish School of English receive a Certificate of Achievement, in accordance with the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Students will be able to practise their newly-learned skills and vocabulary in a relaxed and supportive classroom environment and in the Cavendish Conversation Club (4 lessons).

Awful host family! It took up to 1h30 on a bus to get to school. The staff treated us like the criminals. We got ill, but they made a police report because we were absent for a few days. Then we were forced to go home, we got deported! Such a horrible school had shown the absolute disregard!
