The teachers in General English Morning Course will help you to speak English better and will help you to feel more confident when you are using English outside the classroom. Each week you practice speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in a warm and friendly environment. The lessons start with clear weekly goals and include a monthly one-to-one session with your teacher to work on your own individual learning plan. TIE exam prep is an integral part of the course and anyone can go on to take a TIE exam after their time in school.

For long-term Non-EU students (25+ weeks) a language exam is compulsory (TIE or IELTS).

The teachers on your IELTS Course are dedicated to getting the best out of you so you can get the best out of your IELTS exam. Each week, guided by a general topic from the IELTS exam, you practice speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in a warm and friendly environment. The lessons start with clear weekly goals and include a weekly one-to-one session with your teacher to work on your own individual learning plan. You will have regular progress assessments and feedback, guided by your SELT learning portfolio.

If the selected housing is not available for your dates, the school will offer another accommodation option for you to consider.
I don't need housing
All of the host families are friendly and interested in the students they host. Host families are all English native speakers which will ensure your full immersion into Irish lifestyle. Students are welcome to stay in a single or shared room, full or half board. Host families provide bed linen, towels and washing facilities. Swan regularly inspects host families’ homes to ensure all the high standards are being met and maintained.
All host families are located in the suburbs of Dublin.
